What you see is what you will get. It comes with boxes, manuals, cables, chargers, 2 third parties batteries, 256mb XD picture card, and a carrying case.
The camera is in good condition with some part of the housing feels a bit loose. But overall it is working great. The sensor has some stuck pixels that will show in some pictures.
